   Summary

   Dr. Ryland Grace just moved into a new neighborhood thanks to a little bonus he received at work due to out-of-this-world test scores from his science classes. It's a modest home, 2 bed 2 bath, a nice kitchen, comfy living room, and a great view of the really attractive garbage man that services Grace's new street every Monday morning. After a literal run-into the mystery man, Grace makes (poor) attempts to apologize to the man, thus following the trials and errors of said attempts, which may lead down a more complicated path than either man expected...

   Summary

   Space was supposed to be a dream for most, something of comfort on a dark night. Something to gaze upon and fantasize about. A hidden wonder of the world just out of reach.

   But it was also vast, and a holder of secrets. A cosmic entity that held the answers for those who went looking, and a danger to those naive fools who were forced upon it.

   But maybe unlucky chance was destiny, and who was to mess with that?

   Or: Your typical Grace meets Simon and they live happily ever after in their human exhibit on Erid. Be prepared for heavy existential angst, lots of platonic cuddles, a healthy dosage of Eldritch horrors on Simon's part, and Rockys best attempt to see that his new friend and pet human lives long enough to see his life through.

   Based on my typical writting expect this piece to be anywhere from 150k-300k words, but we shall see since I only have a vague idea of where it will go.

   Summary

   This planet is miserable, and, presumably, not suitable for human life at all outside of the biodome he's been trapped in. Losing hope by the day, Ryland Grace is struggling to find the motivation to keep working towards escape. Then, without warning, another human is placed into his habitat.
