This begins around the episode "The Frenemy of My Enemy" when Jemma sees Coulson and Ward on the screen working together. She's a disaster and Bobbi does her best to help since Bobbi really understands the way Jemma is feeling betrayed.
The first several chapters are just barely T-Rated. It doesn't get physical until after chapter 4.

Feeling it necessary to "make friends and influence people" while at Hydra, Jemma Simmons finds herself turning to an unconventional - and somewhat uncomfortable - method of getting Hydra Chief of Security Bobbi Morse to like her, unaware all the while of the high level Hydra agent's true identity and affiliation.
[Written with the presumption that Bobbi and Jemma did not defect from Hydra when they did canonically, but that the mission lasted a little longer.]

They were friends at first. Steve fell for her but never had the courage to ask her out. Modern romance was too complicated for Steve. When Ward hurt Skye, Steve promised to become her shield but he wasn't there when she needed him.
Not for Ward/Skye lovers. Because Ward/Skye don't end up together in the end and its Ward/Skye (unhealthy). Ward redemption is only chp 12 and up.

Summary
Skye was born in 1932 and instead of SHIELD finding her, because it doesn't exist yet, the Russians do. She was reared to be a killing machine and was injected with the same serum as Natalia Romanova, at the same time. A story of how they first met, Skye's quaking powers and HYDRA's evil ways and how that effects the events in Age of Ultron.
I have taken parts from the comics and parts from the cinematic universe and then I just taken liberties with some parts. I hope you enjoy, please leave notes, this is my first fanfiction.
