Rumi’s eyebrows raised. “Oh? A private show? That what this is?”
Mira spun dramatically around the pole, catching it with one hand. “Obviously. You think I’m doing this for me? Please.”

Summary
Rumi dragged a hand down her face. She hadn’t even meant to hide this.
Not like she’d hidden the patterns. It just hadn’t come up, and she was a private person anyway, and she wasn’t just going to bring it up out of nowhere. Besides, hiding the patterns had made it easy. The hoodies, the bathhouse, the carefully designed costumes…they all worked for more than one thing.
She didn’t want to miss Zoey and Mira anymore. Sure, they’d always have their own things. That was obvious. But she wanted to be part of their lives again. Wanted them to be part of hers.
