Summary
Victoria Hudson didn't know what she was signing up for when she agreed to step in as landlady for 221 Baker Street after her aunt fell ill. All she cared about was the freedom it would grant her from the expectations of her family. The added strain of being the housekeeper for the resident of 221B was an adventure of its own, and meeting the man's sister, who enjoys nothing more than innocently messing with her brother was an added wrinkle.
Still, Sherlock Holmes wasn't as terrible as some people said he was, and Victoria finds herself caught up in the excitement surrounding him and his family. They both eventually learn that they aren't as different as they thought, and maybe, just maybe, find common ground over their shared love of knowledge.
Enola knew the whole time, though.
