“I don’t want to talk about it right now,” Eddie says. He sits up on the bed, leaning up and over Richie, close enough that Richie wraps his good hand up in Eddie’s shirt again and tips his chin up so they can kiss. Eddie sighs, then pulls back. “I’ll— I don’t know. I don’t know what it is, but I just— I don’t know. I feel—” He motions around himself like he’s miming static, and then groans in frustration.
“C’mere,” Richie says, pulling Eddie in and kissing him again. Eddie withdraws, after a beat, climbing over Richie and settling along his side in bed.

Summary
As the Losers make their way out of the sewers, Eddie can't help but hope that his friends forget about his confession. He never would have admitted he loved all of them if he knew he was going to make it out of the fight with Pennywise alive. Yet here he is, only a bump on the head from his topple when the clown dropped him.
Luckily for him, they don't say anything about his admission in the days following their victory. Of course, they won't stay silent for long, and they've all decided to show him just how open they are to the idea of being together.
"I think we all need to go on dates and get to know one another again once we're out of Derry. Spending time together will be important. As far as Eddie is concerned, since he deserves romance maybe more than anyone else, we should have some kind of rotation. Each day, someone new can take Eddie on a date- whatever they think they might enjoy doing with him. And each night he can spend the night with someone else! That way he doesn't feel the pressure of being with any one person for a full twenty four hours. That also gives the rest of us time to explore our relationships with one another, since only one person will be with him each day."
