It’s apropos of nothing when Donnie storms into Draxums’s lab, clenching a piece of paper so hard it’s wrinkled from the journey and announced. “You’re a terrible scientist.”
Draxum, for his part, slowly lowered the beaker he held. With the patience of someone who’s been forced to try for months, he reminded himself silently that he was the one who created these turtles, and therefore he owed it to them not to immediately kill Donatello for insulting his intelligence.
“You’re a pathetic scientist,” the turtle repeated with half a snarl. “You didn’t wear gloves during your little turtle experiment.”
