After exposing Hydra and not dying (yeay to Team effort!) everything should get back to normal, right?
Well, as normal as living with the Avengers can get. Especially if Winter is part of their family now (or so Tony decided).
Also, Peter is staying over for a week, trying to make sure Mr. Stark is getting plenty of rest and is not being bothered by the totally overbearing adults in the Tower.
Combine that with a common cold, a rather important press conference, slightly on edge heroes and Steve's decision to finally do something about his feelings and you got pandemonium.
So yes, everything is back to normal.

"The first thing Tony notices when he opens his eyes is that he isn’t in any pain. Taking a breath no longer hurts, the damage from the arc reactor no longer compressing his lungs. His joints don’t ache, not even in a normal, “I’m on the wrong side of forty and suddenly it hurts to get out of bed way”. His muscles feel well rested and strong. He feels….good. The revelation is jarring--Tony’s body hasn’t felt good in a long time, since before Afghanistan. His mind feels light as well, free from the visions that torment him when he lays in bed at night, desperate for sleep, knowing he’ll see his worst nightmares come alive the second he closes his eyes. The constant thrum of anxiety is gone. The blinding fear is gone. The visions of the endless vastness of space, of dirty, ice-cold water, of Steve Roger’s shield slamming into his chest, of Bucky Barnes murdering his mother in cold blood, of Peter disintegrating before his eyes nothing but a memory now. Nothing but peace."

Look, Sam will admit that his reaction to the new guy was a bit over the top, but to be fair, it had been five years and change since last time he’d seen the guy in person and a lot of shit had happened since then, alright?
Besides, you try waking up from a nightmare and walking into your kitchen at four-in-the-goddamn morning to see some guy lurking on top of the refrigerator and try not freaking out.
The guy in question’s only reaction to the shrieking and three knives launched in his direction was to calmly balance his bowl of cereal on his knee and catch one in his left hand and two in his right. Then he opened the freezer, set them behind the popsicles in the door, shut it, and picked up his bowl to keep eating.
“Hey, man,” The guy said, as if nothing even remotely noteworthy had just happened. “I’m Peter.”
Sam stared at him for a long moment, then turned around and went back to bed.
