The heavy oak door slammed shut, swallowing the world Suguru knew whole. Gojo's grip tightened on his arm, leading him down a sterile hallway that reeked of Alphas and a small scent of an omega he’d never met. Each step echoed in the suffocating silence, amplifying the thudding of Suguru's heart against his ribs.
They arrived at a room, opulent and cold despite the plush furnishings. Gojo shoved Suguru onto the bed, the harsh movement ripping another sob from his lips. A hand cupped his cheek, surprisingly gentle, wiping away a stray tear with a calloused thumb.
"Shh," Gojo murmured, his voice a low rumble that sent shivers down Suguru's spine. "It's alright now."

They provide a room and food and he can send his paycheck to his sick grandpa. As long as he focuses on the positives he thinks he'll be able to do this job...aka becoming a soothing omega for crazy alphas in a long forgotten facility that promises his safety but also don't hold themselves accountable for anything that may occur to him.

Summary
Satoru could still remember how he’d woken up in a cell, drugs in his 16th birthday cake and future abundantly clear.
Gojo Satoru knew nothing but hospital gowns, the scent of rubbing alcohol, medical tables and the restraints around his wrists, of unwanted touches and the living reality of just what could happen to disobedient omegas in their society. He'd learned how to be silent, how to be unmoving and unresponsive, how to blend into the background in hopes of being forgotten. Had learned how to stifle who he really was in hopes that the torture would stop.
Geto Suguru, on the other hand, panicked as an email described the worst mix up in history, his embarrassing sample sent to the fertility clinic and inside one Gojo Satoru instead of being tested for hormone levels. It hadn't taken long to see for himself the inhumanity of such a place, for him to loose his cool and money in exchanged for Gojo, a broken omega on his hands and depression ignored mold still growing in his sink.
And yet he wanted to help, to peal away those layers of trauma and memories to reveal who Gojo really was.

He’s in nothing but a pair of tiny cotton shorts, not even the socks he always sleeps in. He has his sleep mask pushed up crookedly into his hairline like a wonky bandana. His hair curls around it, the white turned silver in the soft moonlight. His cheeks seem flushed, his eyes covered by a forearm.
It’s during moments like these, where Satoru is still and distracted, that Suguru lets this specific thing out.
