Summary
This is an original story made up at late hours of the night. It's sort of a horror comedy, maybe my first real attempt at horror. Two freshly out of college students wander around in an abandoned part of town and accidentally summon a demon. Big whoops.
"The buzz of electricity hums overhead, the street lamp flicks on and off over and over. My hand covers my lips as they part in a yawn, my other hand shoved in my pocket. The bus is late again. This is the third time this week. Fishing my phone from my pocket, I squint down into the flashbang of a screen, a soft groan leaving my lips. 3:00 AM blinks back at me, practically mocking me. Yeah, I don't feel like dealing with this a third time, screw the bus. With both hands now shoved into my pockets, I trudge down the sidewalk, leaving behind the dingy bus stop awning that's kept me dry for the last four years."

Five times Buck sends a song to Eddie to listen to, and one time where Eddie sends one back.
OR
Buck makes a playlist for Eddie for his birthday, and it's all songs that remind him of Eddie. There are a lot of feelings involved.
---------------
Eddie and Christopher,Hey, I hope you’re having a great time in Texas. Only wish I could be there with you. Say hi to your parents and your sisters for me! I’ve arranged a special boys’ day out for me and Chris when you get back, tell him I miss him. Oh, and I miss you too, of course, Eddie. Work isn’t the same without you. I mean Ravi is great and all, but you’re better.
Anyway, the real reason I’m emailing is because it’s your birthday on Saturday, it is now Monday, and I had no clue what to get you. And I was lying in bed last night and I thought of something. Remember when we were kids, and you’d make a CD for your friends? Kinda like a next-gen mixtape? Well, I’m making you one. Not a CD, but a playlist on Spotify for you to listen to, and all the songs are gonna be songs that remind me of you. I’m gonna send you one every morning, and you have to listen to it, and then I’ll send you the whole playlist on your birthday!

Summary
There’s a tall figure standing just inside the doorway, covered head to toe in melting snow.
They are layered up so heavily that Derek wants to laugh for a second. Just for a second though, he wouldn’t want to encourage too much frivolity, save anyone not take him seriously enough.
He’s a pillar of the community, he has a reputation to uphold. He settles for one faintly amused raised eyebrow.
Deep, intelligent, golden brown eyes peek out from a tiny gap remaining in the person’s general facial area, from where a bright red scarf is wrapped up so high it’s covering their nose, and a garish yellow Pikachu bobble hat is pulled down right over their eyebrows.
They look completely and utterly ridiculous.
Also, deep, intelligent, golden brown eyes is an absolutely unnecessarily detailed way to describe a stranger’s features. Derek checks himself. He shakes his head. The exhaustion is making him delirious, clearly.
