Or, the one where AFC Richmond are leading the Premier League table, and Trent Crimm and the rest of the British press are slowly losing their minds as a result.
Notes:...I'm honestly not sure where to start with this. As you might've gathered from the tags, this is an absurd wish-fulfillment story where I take seriously the idea that Richmond could a) make it back to the Premier League and b) win the league their first season back after being promoted...and that the sheer improbability of it would drive the entire British press to conclude that Ted Lasso must be a witch. (In my defense, a scenario like that WOULD have you wondering about witchcraft in the real world.)
Thanks and blame go to leupagus for getting me into this ship to start with and relentlessly cheerleading this fic on, as well as angelsaves for audiencing and bouncing ideas back and forth with me. Title is from the song "Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered".
