    What struck Delta most wasn’t Shu’s power but his composure. Shu battled with unshakable control, every move deliberate yet never forced. Watching his training sessions always left the Devolos blader in awe. That balance, that discipline—it reminded Delta of himself. He had always prided himself on staying calm, collected, and focused no matter the chaos around him. Seeing Shu in action was like staring into a mirror of everything he aspired to be. No doubt, the Forneus blader, Fubuki, must have felt the same pull toward him. He bet Lain felt the same too.

     

    For all the awe Shu inspired, though, there was one thing Delta couldn’t quite wrap his head around. And it was quite jarring.

     

    That man had an absolutely unholy coffee addiction.
