"Rey Skywalker?" There's a vaguely sardonic twist to the corner of his mouth. "Does that make you my cousin now?"
"It seemed like a fitting tribute," she says in wooden tones. Be it dream or vision, she might as well play along— draw this out until reality comes crashing back. Who knows when he'll come to her again as solid and as vibrant as this?
"I see." Suddenly he's leaning into her, their faces so close together. "Tell me," he murmurs, his lips almost brushing against hers, "have you ever heard of the term kissing cousins?"
She registers the smell of alcohol on his breath at the same time that his eyes flutter shut and he slumps face-down into her lap, snoring softly. You're alive, is all she can think at first, staring down at his head of lush black hair.
Ben Solo is alive.
Alive and very, very drunk.

Summary
Rey showed up on Ahch-to and pleaded with Luke Skywalker to train her. A week into her training, Luke has decided that due to a past she has no memory of, he will not train her.
Sent away rejected and with lies told to her by the old Jedi himself, Rey returns to Jakku to wait for her mother to return for her. Instead of the woman who gave birth to her, the monster in a mask himself comes to collect her from Jakku.
Kylo Ren informs her that it was him who left her on Jakku all those years ago and if she wants to know more about who she is, she must leave with him and become his apprentice.
Rey has a difficult choice to make. Does she trust the man who she watched murder his own father because he holds all her memories before she came to Jakku?
If she does choose to trust him, can she obtain the information she seeks without fully giving herself over to the Dark Side?
As for Kylo Ren, what are his intentions for the girl he has adored since the moment she was born. Emotions have shifted from adoration to absolute obsession since they have met again and the Force bond they once shared has been reestablished. After all, they have been apart for many years and they are no longer children.
