Summary

The barely holding Kree and Skrull alliance needs the scientific advancements of Krypton to rebuild. Krypton needs the military protection of the largest empire in space to save them from the consequences of a policy of isolationism. A marriage alliance between Houses within each faction to ensure the treaty is respected is needed.
