Summary
Humans were meant to fear the night. We were meant to fear the darkness, and follow our instinct of bringing light to the shadows. But my studio is always dark.
A painter, trapped between an eccentric nobleman and a dark place, tries to escape his past. When a mysterious merchant suddenly visits, he awakens the skeletons in the closet, who keep banging at the door and whispering truths that were better off buried. Will Hwei make it out alive, or, more importantly, sane?
