▸ noun a sudden brief appearance of the full sun from behind clouds.Elie Phaidra May grew up traveling. She never really knew why, but she didn't mind - well, she tried not to. She did like seeing new places and spend every other week in a new city, but sometimes she wished she lived in one place. She never stayed long enough to make any, or if she did she lost touch with them pretty quickly.
She was like the embodiment of a sunburst in that way - she came hard and fast, but never stayed for long. Until one day her life turned upside down and she found a place she could stay forever. Well, after she risked her life, of course.
