Summary
A moment of hesitation, when the olive hand is almost there, and Wednesday firmly, but perhaps a little too impulsively, encloses Enid's hand in hers and moves it away from the girl's face.
“Don’t!” Enid growls wildly, aggressively breaks free from Wednesday’s grip and tries to get up; tries to escape, tries to get rid of this overwhelming feeling in her chest that is suffocating her, suffocating her, suffocating her so much…
But actions have their consequences.
So, in consequence of her sharp and violent move, Enid unwillingly pulls Wednesday towards her, causing the usually alert girl to trip over the werewolf's leg and fall straight into her embrace. But this is not the end of the fool's game.
It’s barely the silly beginning; for both of them.

When Enid woke up, she was aware of three things.
1. She was in her room somehow, despite going to the Lycan cages last night. She had no clue as to how she got here, when or why. Simply that she was on the cold hard floor in the middle of their bedroom.
2. She wasn’t alone.
3. Wednesday was curled up against her front.She was curled against her mate.
Enid hummed tiredly, eyes fluttering shut again as she scooted closer before freezing, eyes snapping open.
She was curled against Wednesday. Wednesday was pressed against her.
