A few days before Christmas, Judy invites Nick and his mother, Kate, to spend the holidays in Bunnyburrow. Reluctant and carrying the weight of years of absence, Nick accepts the invitation for his mother’s sake, hoping to fix the mistakes of the past. However, by trading the asphalt of Zootopia for the fields of Bunnyburrow, Nick will face feelings he tried to bury for many years and discover if, in a house full of bunnies, a fox can finally find his place.

“Recognize this?” She asked still in her deep voice.
Nick chuckled and looked at the photo. It was an old picture of Judy her parents had taken when she was 9, just before the Carrots Days festival. She had just finished putting her costume together for the play and was proudly wearing it while holding Sir Cuddleton.
Nick’s smile widened, and she could see his tail start to wag lazily behind him.“Why yes I do officer. That’s a little bunny bumpkin with delusions of grandeur.” He then leaned forward and rested his chin on his paw. “Adorable by the way.” He said, looking straight at her.
“I meant the stuffed animal.”

Judy spent her whole life running away from the mockery of love.
The thought of holding something as fragile as love in her paws makes her worry that she wouldn’t be able to hold it.
It insights a deep terror in her, triggering her animalistic instinct to run, like a true rabbit.
But she knows that there will always be a deep hunger that nestles itself within her bones, a monster that roars, demanding adoration for her strength and to prove it to herself that she can hold it.

Everyone seems to believe that Nick and Judy are in a relationship, much to Judy’s confusion- or rather, denial.
