Summary
The Concert of Europe is the term used to describe the balance of power on the continent of Europe throughout the 19th century. It was a period of time known for general peace, one that was maintained for almost a century via a series of complex treaties and alliances. Yet still, this time was filled with political tension, mistrust, and the unending hunger for power. But of course, this state of international tension and instability is not unique to our world, now is it?
[A rewrite of the original story of Naruto, with a greater focus on sensible worldbuilding, as well as international politics, with the aim of making the world of Naruto feel more alive and realistic. Plus, plenty of random crossover shenanigans, and my own changes that I wish to include to make this unique.]

Summary
