   Summary

   Two miles from Baywind Village is a series of hotsprings, connected by underwater tunnels. It acts as a safe space for you after long days of work, however, with each passing day you've felt as if being watched. You're eventually approached by a small group of merfolk.    TW: This story deals heavily with mental health and the topics surrounding it
   You had been institutionalized for as long as you can remember. The doctors never told you why, only making vague reference to "dangerous psychotic episodes" when they thought you weren't listening. They were the ones who should be in here, not you. As far as you could tell, you didn't have any problems. Even your two best friends would back you up on that. Sure, they were 8 feet tall, looked like the sun and the moon, and no one else could see them, but that didn't matter. They were nice to you and said they wanted to help.
