Corypheus' plan has set into motion: all over Thedas, the Grey Wardens start hearing the Calling. That includes Alistair, the King of Ferelden, but also a certain runaway Apostate, still wanted for the attack on the Kirkwall Chantry, in hiding ever since he escaped the Free Marches.
While the Inquisition leads the frontal assault in Orlais, fighting against Livius Erimond and Warden-Commander Clarel's corrupted forces, what could be happening to the still-rebuilding Wardens of Ferelden? Might Corypheus have plans for them as well, plans that only a King and a rebel Mage could overthrow? DA2 AU in which both Carver and Bethany survive, and there are three older Hawke siblings. And all of them are Purple. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll want to set Fenris on fire a couple times. Nobody knows what the fuck they’re doing, but they’ll do it anyway! At least people usually know who the fuck they’re doing… Except that one time. Starts cracky, but gets semi-serious, decently quickly. Never gets entirely serious, because hello, Purple Hawke does not ‘serious’. Or at least three of them don’t all at once. IT’S A GODDAMN ROMANCE. JUST READ IT.

Summary
The guilt from Cullen's past in Kinloch Hold and Kirkwall weighs heavily on him, and feelings of unworthiness prevent him from accepting the advances of a mage Trevelyan. Gabriel Trevelyan believes that the rejection was because Cullen wasn't interested in men, and pursues a close friendship with him instead.
Meanwhile a rather angry Hawke comes to Skyhold, and decides to exact revenge on a self-loathing Cullen in a terrible way.
What will Gabriel do once he learns the truth?
