Summary
After the events of Meet the Spy, the Soldier and Heavy of the BLU team had mysteriously vanished. Even with the rest of the mercenaries searching for the two, they all kept running into dead ends. That is until they both returned half naked in a ditch near their base. Medic and Spy looked over them and noticed a similar faint scar on the back of their heads. When questioned, the two seemed to have forgotten the whole ordeal entirely. To them, it was like it never happened.
The BLU Spy doesn't realize how much danger he's in until it's too late.
The Scout meanwhile tries to figure out what the hell is going on as things fall apart around him. He doesn't realize that he's getting himself into more trouble than he should... or that someone else is looking out for him throughout his own investigation.

Your name is Dr. Yen.
You are a MIT Graduate, of course, and have applied to work at Black Mesa ten years ago. You went up in the ranks exceptionally fast to the point you've landed a role in the Sector D Administration Department. In this department, you were allowed confidential information and practically became an auditor to the facility for the testing lab material budget. You oversaw a few designated major projects for Sectors C, D, and E.Working under Administrator Dr. Breen, you were to ensure safety, priority, and budget was considered for your assigned responsibilities.
You, Dr. Yen, were not only known as an administrative overseer but also a caring scientist. Though it seemed all your mind was focused on is work. You still were part of the family within Black Mesa. But, people in general did not catch your attention as much as alien life, new universes, or large reality-warping rockets.
But then, one day, there was one extraterrestrial being that appeared in your life. At first, a simple bureaucratic offering his services. Then a mysterious unknown entity entirely.

Summary
The Shopkeeper is a mysterious entity that can be found in the most unexpected places. A natural oddity in an already peculiar multiverse. They usually make an appearance with a stall, a cart, or a large crate and physically look human. They offer items they feel you need as long as you give them something in return… and they never do things for free. To them, everything has a cost.
What would you be willing to sacrifice?This is a Half Life OC that a friend and I came up with! And in the middle of brainstorming I decided to make a journal of little one shots or drabbles of “appearances” they would make.

(This story was created to be an exercise in completion, to overcome draft paralysis. In other words, none of the chapters are pre-reviewed, drafted or, with some exceptions, rewritten. So if there are any spelling/grammatical errors, or long stretches of time in-between chapter, that is why.
