Summary
Jason knows the Alley rats like him usually end up being criminals anyway. Even though he wants to be good, the world still forces him to belong with the worst kind.
His first task is to gather information on the Drakes for Black Mask's scheme.
So he finds this tiny, lonely kid that Jason can’t help feel protective of.
And also, his new handler is a weird guy.
Or: Kid Jason is forcibly recruited into Black Mask's gang. He is to spy on the Drakes, including the (very) young heir. Somehow, big brother instinct(s) have awakened.
