Summary
Clark Kent breaks up with his long-term girlfriend, uproots his life, and moves out to the middle of nowhere Montana. He leaves to join the Justice League, a group of fellow scientists campaigning for the rights of the half-man half-animal creatures known as the beastfolk. Things go a little sideways however when he meets the League’s first ever project, a bat harpy named Bruce with a flare for the dramatic and a habit of stealing children.
A creature AU Batfamily fic with a healthy dose of Justice League bonding.
Previously titled Flock Building for Dummies but I didn’t like the name so I changed it.

Summary
Honestly, Dick had designed his weapons to hurt to the point that they are possibly on the wrong side of entirely ethical. He couldn’t help himself though. Some of the shit he’d seen in Bludhaven, well, his sympathy for the worst of humanity had fallen at a rapid rate. He knew he’d get used to it again one day, when the desensitization kicked in, but for now, he was having a hard time remembering why they had ethics they followed in the first place.
So sue him. He wanted to hurt the people who made their lives all about hurting others. He wasn’t gonna apologize for not having infinite patience for bullshit.
He was, however, going to apologize for forgetting that he could make mistakes and that sometimes you hit the wrong target, even in hand-to-hand combat.
Or, Dick and Tim meet face to face in less-than-ideal circumstances.

It was a no-brainer. Tim could handle being ransomed, he’d taken the classes. Besides, the location of the kidnapping couldn’t be more perfect. A child getting taken right outside Wayne Manor? He’d have Batman and Robin on his case in no time.'
Or Tim Drake gets himself kidnapped to save his hero the trouble. Reactions ensue.

A love letter to the kid Tim fics that helped get me reading Batman comics in the first place and ruined both my life and free time. I have since spent so much money on comic books it hurts. This series is not going to be canon-accurate and rely on the kid Tim headcanons and tropes common in fics like this because what kind of tribute would it be if it didn't? <3
This was going to be a bunch of loosely connected one-shots but it has evolved into a full series because I am physically incapable of not overcommiting. Hope you enjoy ^^
