Summary
The new year has come and gone for the snow swept city of Volcaldera Bluffs and for a mostly peaceful city and it's currently sleepy occupants it is just another start of the new year with fresh resolutions and the impending school year.
Two humans find themselves within this city this new year to finish high school and enter adulthood.
One fleeing the cruelty of their peers and destined to meet a pale enby in a whirlwind romance that either destroys the two of them or lifts them both onto greater heights.
The other fled the ashen remains of their old life, fleeing the history of their opulent and imperial lineage to give the life of someone normal to themself. Someone to experience a real life, one not dictated by strings and expectation.
Beneath the pristine white and the colorful Saurian population lies things best left buried under feet of snow and forgotten. But snow does not last, and as it melts the student population of one Volcano High will find that the world they grew up in is not so mundane as they have been deluded into believing.

Summary
It's Anon's first week in the Saurian infested city of Volcadera Buffs after leaving his hometown Rock Bottom behind. He's insistent that this school year will be entirely unremarkable, that he will learn the way of the shadow on the wall and become a background character in everyone's life. Unfortunately for him, the area he's come to live in is less than normal and mundane.
Skinrow is a wretched hive of scum, villainy, and poverty; mostly poverty. Which is fine, he didn't plan on going outside much and he has a trusty switchblade for his own protection. Things should be simple right? Game, shitpost, be a weeb until school starts. At that point he just needs to rinse and repeat while avoiding attention. Too bad he catches the eye of a small time gang of weirdo Saurians who are all too eager to pull him into a possible life of crime as he deals with suddenly being involved in a group of temperamental misfits at school.
What's a skinnie gotta do to be ignored?

Summary
Anon is on his last leg after the Volcano High shooting, having lost all sense of purpose and will to live after the loss of Fang and seeming abandonment by everyone else still alive in his life.
Rosa is stretched thinner than she's ever been, fully absorbing herself with Stella’s mental recovery while also working with Principal Spears to continue their gardening club as a form of therapy, purposefully leaving no time for her to even think about what happened for more than a glancing thought.
Through gardening, maybe they'll be able to help each other move on, pulling each other up and out of the spiral of darkness. Maybe they'll end up helping a few others too. And quite possibly, maybe their renewed friendship will lead to something that could’ve happened in the first place, if not for a certain parasaur’s initial schedule-meddling.Maybe there's still a future for all of them, after all.

Summary
Naser always felt a bit confused about his relationship with Anon. They were friends but we're they close? He was clearly closer to Fang due to being her friend and boyfriend. He was the one who helped Fang find herself as well as true happiness. Naser owed him a lot but he often wondered just how close their relationship was. Were they friends? Associates? School mates?
And then when Anon saves his life, getting hurt in the process, Naser knows what they are.
They are bros.
