Summary
Being a vigilante was both good and bad. Good because he could help people, and helping people made Izuku feel useful. Bad because it meant he attracted attention from both heroes and villains, and neither were usually friendly.
Take the number one villain for example. Izuku really wasn’t sure what he had done to garner All Smite’s attention, and he wasn’t sure he wanted to find out either. Each time he appeared, the man somehow managed to sneak up on Izuku, who would shriek in fear and run away as fast as he could. All Smite would then let out that bellowing laugh of his and give chase.
He would purposefully stay just behind Izuku, calling out his vigilante name in a haunting way—something in between a taunt and croon that raised all the hair on Izuku’s arms.
It was driving Izuku nuts; keeping him from sleeping. He had no idea how the villain kept finding him, or what he had planned for him.
But he was about to find out.

Toshinori doesn’t know what is happening, or where he is, the only thing he knows is that he feels something, something pushing him until his eyes sink into a green-haired toddler.
‘Nine’ he thinks without knowing why and crawls until reach the baby, a fight happening just by their side.
He knelt in front of the tiny boy, who had clothes too big for him- and Toshinori also had clothes too big for him, is it cause the fight? He doesn’t know, but he knows that he needs to protect the baby.
“Shh, it’s okay, baby” he shushes him, grabbing his small shoulders. The child stops his not louder cries and looks up at Toshinori, maybe curious, and with a fond “I’m Toshinori!” He smiles, setting the kid on his feet.
A de-aging quirk affects Izuku and Toshinori and, while baby Izuku is happy to meet heroes, teen Toshinori is scared because he knows people treat quirkless kids awful.

He was so traumatised and scared that Toshinori couldn't leave his side for more than five minutes and as someone who has seen what had been done to him, Toshinori thought of it as the bravest most remarkable feat ever that he could even hold his own ground for five minutes because he knew. He had seen it all, he had heard Izuku's screams and cries when… when they— He just knew, okay. He was there and he saw it all. Nothing good could be possible accomplished by thinking of that night again.
Toshinori picked up his chopsticks and began to eat (Neither of them could finish their meals)
Not another word was exchanged — or gesture in Izuku's case.
Silence fell upon them once again.

Now he has to deal with rivals, villains, friends and somehow getting involved in multiple love triangles not to mention other people getting cursed, the magic that exists in the world and other insane things! At least he's able to use One for All better in his cursed form... Please R&R!
