Summary
When people thought of how the Feanorians had taken the twins from Sirion, they often imagined dramatic scenes.
The twins huddling in a closet or being held back by Maedhros in the adjoining room, swords at their small throats, as Elwing screamed her defiance and threw herself from a tower or a cliff. In reality, Maglor was sure, that if they had come across the boys gripped in the full fury of the Oath, they would have either ignored them or killed them too. It was just the sort of monsters they were, now.
But they were lucky, and instead Maglor came across them two or three hours after the killing had finally stopped, when he was trying to wash his newest sins away into the sea.

Summary
The music school AU no-one knew they needed till now!
Éowyn Earl is the star horn player in her year, simultaneously wrestling with the demons of her past, struggling with her current crush on violinist Aragorn Walker, and wondering what to do about the hideous professor Wykeham King who is making everyone’s lives miserable. Meanwhile, in the background, gradually coming into focus, is a very talented pianist, one Faramir Hurin.
A journey through healing, redemption, friendship - and a bit of revenge. Plus a very slow burn relationship. And a love-letter to my favourite orchestral instrument.
Inspired by ElrondScribe's brilliant Silmarillion music school AU.
No resemblance to any actual musicians intended, considerable liberties with my representation of the RNCM. Indeterminate time-frame: a bit like the Manchester of my teens (and its often unfortunate social attitudes); in other respects more up-to-date. The Mancunian rain is entirely accurate, however, and I make no apology for that.

Just an address.The sirens get louder, and closer. He grabs his sister and he runs.

Summary
The officer stares at him without blinking and Carwood doesn't think anyone has ever looked at him so intensely before. He thinks maybe he should be intimidated but… he’s not. Definitely not. Instead, he’s painfully aware, in a way he hasn’t been since he was first going through puberty, that he’s an omega.
(Years from now, Carwood will look back at this moment with clear eyes and know. Know that there was really only ever one outcome. That the point of no return had somehow already passed.)
