Summary
At the center of the ring stood their madman of the day: explosives strapped to his chest, detonator in hand, preaching about alienation and oligarchs and purification.
And there, arguing with the Police Commissioner at the other side of the cordon, was Gotham’s favorite hero, clad in black, with that long trimmed cape to look like wings, his blue and black hair braided neatly.
And the cute, pointy bat ears.

Summary
How right and how wrong The High Priestess had been when she’d said fairies will have your soul through your teeth as soon as you speak to one. She was right: Ezreal had his soul. She was wrong: she had overestimated Kayn’s lack of self-preservation. Ezreal hadn’t needed to speak.

The i love you followed him through the day, sticking to his skin, prickling on the back of his neck. He didn’t give a name to a sentiment, he put words to a truth, and the difference was irreversible.

Summary
“I can fuck without feelings, you can stop drowning in your panic already”.
“Can you?” He barked, because his eyes had said otherwise. But one thing was the need to own, born out of the crudest part of him, and another entire thing was loving. He had said he didn’t want love. Kayn had agreed. He’d agreed.
“Fine, I can fuck without caring about the consequences”.
Because he loved him, and Kayn loved in the same way he lived: willing to destroy himself in the process. It went beyond his loyalty, it was about belonging, this simple, this raw. It didn’t have rules. -

Summary
He likes dirtying beautiful things, so he slides in the space between Ezreal and the wall, heavy yet weightless for the alcohol, head spinning and eyes unfocused, or focused just enough to burn this moment in his brain. The blonde doesn’t move, only mumbles something in his sleep and Kayn just knows he’s furrowing his brow because he’s been here other times, sinned in the exact same way.

Summary
Kayn gets kicked out Thursday morning. Technically it must’ve happened Wednesday evening, but Kayn hadn’t been there, he’d been on a bender across town all night. It’d rained in the early, early morning, and when he’d gotten back to the house all his stuff had been scattered on the curb and mostly soggy, and the garbage men were in the middle of lifting it all into the back of their truck, since Thursday is garbage day.
Not Kayn’s finest hour.

Summary
Kayn has known of Ezreal for a while. The glossy debut poster hanging in his room can attest to that. He’s watched the interviews, the fan events, and the talk shows. His success dripped from every corner of the media. And yet Kayn, upon meeting him, had not expected the gaping disconnect Ezreal maintained from that part of his life. It was like a brilliant golden trophy he pretended wasn’t chained to his ankle and forced to drag around. It was a corpse and Ezreal didn’t hide the murder weapon.
Ezreal and Kayn are two idiots navigating the music industry (and each other's bodies).

Summary
Kayn, the lead singer and guitarist of the rock band, Heartsteel, has more scandals than he does hit records, which is beginning to cause a problem for the band. His manager gives him an ultimatum: Enter into a fake relationship with the pop prince, Ezreal, who is looking to rebrand his image or go on a hiatus and risk replacement for the next album, music video, and promotions. His hands tied, Kayn agrees. Much to his surprise, Ezreal isn't the perfect little pop princess he pretends to be. The omega is cut throat, feisty, a little wild, and works Kayn's nerves like you wouldn't believe. Which leads to the growing attraction. Because of course Kayn can’t resist an omega that could hold their own, despite the preconceived notions Ezreal has about him.
Ezreal, second guessing his decision to enter into a fake relationship with Kayn after their first meeting, doesn't make it easy for the alpha to get to know him. He's had an awful history with alphas, and believing that they're all the same, is quick to write Kayn off. However, after spending more time getting to know him, in order to really sell the relationship, Ezreal starts to have other doubts. Mainly can he actually keep Kayn at an arm's length?

Summary
Kayn and Ezreal have the immense displeasure of being born to two best friends who boast a friendship that spans from kindergarten on. Their mothers had hoped their children would be the best of friends, yet Kayn and Ezreal cannot stand one another. Self described as "childhood enemies", the pair had a blissful four years of no contact that comes to a hate filled conclusion once Kayn moves back home and runs into Ezreal who after four years, takes one look at him and says, "Guess it wasn't a phase". The lifelong animosity picks up right where it left off and the two find themselves at a bar for a mutual friend's 25th birthday. The only way to deal with being in close proximity to the other is to be absolutely shitfaced while doing so. When they're put in the same cab with Kayn being issued a warning of, "be a decent human and make sure Ezreal gets home safely", despite it not being his job, he agrees. It's the least he can do to avoid having his parents tear him a new asshole the next morning. He had plans to let Ezreal sleep it off and kick him out first thing in the morning. However, Ezreal has other plans.
He climbs into Kayn's bed and wistfully sighs, "I bet hate sex with you would be wild".
