Bronya isn't sure why it bothers her immensely, but it does.

    Seele also doesn't know why she's insistent on ensuring Bronya is safe. She doesn't understand why she's so overprotective of Bronya and only Bronya. All she knows is that Bronya is important to her.

    How important the girls are to each other in the end... is what they'll slowly come to understand.
