Ivan always enjoys these shows—mostly because it's Till, of course. The music isn't offensive to him, and it's not as though he dislikes it...it's just not his taste, exactly. But it's exactly what he likes about art from the rebels: it's free. A lot of Till's spirit is what's permanently affixed his obsessive adoration to Ivan, and the whole base thrums with that whole energy.
He's noticed something—Till is opening up. Becoming more confident. A cocky guy, who smiles and laughs more. Who doesn't lock up around Mizi. It's incredible and humbling to behold.
That isn't all Ivan's noticed, however—when it goes to Till's head, it makes Till horny.

“Till! It’s bad luck to walk under mistletoe with someone and not kiss them!” Mizi insists, bottom lip jutting out.
“I’m not— what, you want me to kiss Ivan?” Till demands, spinning around to shoot his best friend a disgusted glance. He sort of expects Ivan to be watching the interaction with as much disbelief as he feels, amused at the insinuation. It’s not like Ivan wouldn’t lean in for a joke, but then he’d probably fucking lick Till up the face or something else foul instead of actually kissing him.
Instead, Ivan cocks a brow, his mouth twisted in a barely there sort of smile. It’s not the smile he usually offers to Till; more like the one he offers to the general masses, the people he doesn’t give enough of a fuck about to drum anything more pleasant up.
“Right, because that would be so bad,” Ivan says.
After meeting under the mistletoe, Till is forced to confront how he really feels about his best friend.
