"Baby, you're way too cold." He said, huffing worryingly as he scented the top of Robby's head.
"I-It's f–fine…" Robby stuttered out, his teeth clattering.
The alpha let out a light scoff.
Omegas shouldn't be out of their nests so soon after getting pupped. But Robby couldn't stop himself, he needed to be close to his pup.

Summary
His hazel eyes flicked back to the contents of the vase taking in the bright, cheerful sunflowers, with their yellow petals almost offensively alive against the earthy tones of his living room. Eight of them, maybe nine, stems cut at slightly different lengths. Robby had arranged them carefully. It’s easy to picture him doing it, brow furrowed in concentration as he decided which one went where.
A stupid thing to some, an ordinary thing to others, a loving thing to those who dare to dream. But to Jack it felt like a goodbye.

Summary
Jack can smell the alpha before he enters, and he appreciates that the alpha actually waits for Jack to say, “Come in,” before entering. He’s hit with a blast of the scent first, of course. Just as good, better than it was in the bottle, much stronger here.
“Hi, Jack,” the alpha says, holding a tablet, dressed in soft and casual clothes. “I’m Robby. A pleasure to meet you.” He smiles. He’s handsome and tall, and he smells so good. Jack is salivating.
