It's Akira, fucking Kurusu Akira that should be dead. Goro shot him in the head himself, and yet here he is, at Goro's doorstep less than a week later, looking like absolute shit but very, very alive.
"I killed Shido," Akira blurts, and Goro's grip on the door tightens. "I didn't -- I'm sorry. I didn't know where else to go."

"It's me," Ren smiled down at him, their foreheads touching. "I'm your soft spot. Your weakness. Right?"Goro goes on a business trip for a week. Sadly, his phone gets wrecked in an unfortunate accident, and his means to reach out to Ren, his boyfriend, get diminished.

Akechi has always known he’s cursed.
There are over thirty-five million people living in Tokyo. And yet, somehow, he’s looking right at Sumire Yoshizawa on the other side of the Scramble, and she’s staring back with the wide, shocked eyes of someone who’s seen a ghost.
Perhaps that isn't so far from the truth.
Goro Akechi is 1) alive, 2) adrift, and 3) back in the Metaverse for some fucking reason. All this Jail stuff seems like it ought to be Joker's job… but Joker isn't here. The Phantom Thieves are scattered to the winds. And now Yoshizawa knows he survived, there's a sentient AI living in his phone, and his life is rapidly spiralling out of control again.
Clearly, it's time to spread the chaos around.
