Summary
The Sludge Villain doesn't find Bakugo after escaping All Might, but some other random civilian. There's no series of explosions to draw All Might to the scene of the second attack. It's by pure luck that Izuku stumbles upon them. And Izuku does what he always has when he sees one person hurting another: inserts himself between the aggressor and victim. He finds this is significantly harder to do when one of the parties is a sentient slime.

For Keigo's own sake, he needed to end this game as soon as possible. He knew just the questions to ask that would get Rumi out. The bird themed hero smirked, "I'll go first since you two were the ones who begged me to play".
Midoriya snorted and muttered something under his breath. Hawks, in an incredible show of maturity, decided to ignore said comment. "Never have I ever...stabbed someone with a fork." Keigo finished with a smug grin. Just as he planned, two fingers went down.
Wait. Two fingers?
The moment that thought processed the blond man's head whipped around to stare at the teen to his left. Midoriya blinked and held his questioning gaze for a moment before simply shrugging. A lazy grin appearing at the loud cackles from Rumi.
"Keep this one Kei! I'm already in love!" the woman wheezed through her laughter.
In other words, I stumbled upon the hawks adopts izuku tag and fell so in love I wrote a fic at 1am.

Does Hawks have any experience with taking care of kids? Nah. But it has to be better than being raised as a Commission hero. Also, he has help, thanks to Tokoyami, his own fellow pros, the staff and students at U.A., and the newly-pardoned Lady Nagant who has decided to take her big sister role seriously.

Hawks saw this assignment for what it was: An opportunity. He’s been going around in circles trying to find a way to escape, and everything leads to the same thing: recalibration training at best, and a slow death at the hands of the commission at worst. But, he doesn't make it and ends up crashing with 1a (literally) Aizawa finds out what the HPSC is doing mama inko and Nezu help him in taking down a government institution. Also after this Izuku gains a brother. The dekusquad also help and are terrifying.

Summary
Aizawa Shōta had been expecting a lot of things when he was called to the annual hero meeting.
He was expecting Hizashi to be overdramatic, his husband flailing and lamenting how he was so proud that his antisocial partner had come to a meeting that wasn’t mandatory, where he had to talk to people. (nevermind the fact that Hizashi had literally dragged him here against his will).
He expected a red feather to arrive silently, the little red feather waving at him cheerfully before darting off to open a window. Miruko and Hawks would then stumble in through the window a few seconds after it had been opened, wrestling and fighting like the children they were.
What he didn’t expect, was for a group of villains to be idiotic enough to try and attack the meeting.
Really it was just illogical, trying to attack a room full of heroes, and expecting to win.
Maybe they had too much confidence in their quirks (similar to so many heroes these days).
...Or maybe they were just stupid.
(Hawks gets de-aged to 5 years old, and the Pro-heroes have to take care of him)
