So! There is a wonderful artist who goes by Puuung who does sweet illustrations under the idea, "Love is..." : https://puuung1.com/ I fell in love with the illustrations and they inspired me to write some Sterek fluff.
NOTE: I just went to the website today and it has been redesigned so I have had to find the images again to reconnect links. Puuung has a Deviant Art account I am using for new links.
Each chapter stands on its own and this is all non-linear so it may jump around timeline-wise. They are simply little scenes inspired by the artwork (I'll link to the art). It takes place with Stiles in college at NYU and he meets up with Derek who moved to New York...
I will update this as I write these when I'm inspired. <3 If you think of any tags or such I should add, let me know. Unbeta'd so all mistakes are by me. :D

They survived high school, not such a small feat when you're attending Beacon Hills, home of the Nemeton and all the supernatural dangers it calls to. Moving on to the next stage - college and whatever comes after - seems like the natural step.
Back home, life goes on too and things shift in town when the Sentinel Recovery Center is built just outside the Preserve, adding new revenue to the town... and of course new problems - at least they aren't the supernatural kind... right?
But of course things don't always go like you plan and it just takes one person to take control out of your hands - to change the course of your life.

(Due to a sort of... backlash from people... I don't have immediate plans of finishing this fic very soon. I apologize for those who have read or will read it. Just got put off by people who didn't like where I was going with it. Eventually, I will finish it but I won't post chapter by chapter - it will just be done and put up at once. I redid the story which you can read here as: I Become the Color , removing the elements that seemed to cause the most trouble for readers. While I shouldn't let public opinion determine my writing, it got discouraging to move forward with what I was doing here - as I said, eventually I will come back to this after I Become the Color is done...)
High School feels like the most important time in a person's life - till they graduate.
The pack graduates High School and moves away from Beacon Hills and they all move on to the next stage of their lives. Then one of them comes on-line as a Sentinel and the place they left, becomes the place they have to return to. Of course when they come home again, they see that some people have moved on without them and others... well, some things never change.
