Spoilers for up to 3.23.
As much as I love Scott and Stiles' friendship, I think that Allison and Lydia's is just as important. I've been writing a couple things about the characters who've died, and what I think the Teen Wolf universe afterlife might be like. This one is about Allison.
As for ships, I think this story works several ways, so much like the show, whoever you feel like shipping with whoever in this story, go for it.

In hindsight, Molly should have seen this coming. He should’ve known the moment when he truly saw Caleb that the other man would be able to cut through the bullshit and see right through him. Molly’s seen the bright flashes of the wizard’s personality and humor. He knows how powerful and clever the Zemnian can be, how dangerous the man can be. Molly can’t deny that watching Caleb in his element gives the tiefling a sort of thrill. After tonight though, Molly also knows of the deep kindness that Caleb usually keeps hidden away.

Most people don’t beat the odds - and with humanity spread from the central planets to the farthest-flung outpost, the odds are pretty astronomical. A reasonable amount of basic compatibility and a visit to a decent tattooist are enough to satisfy tradition, for most people.
The Hyperion president loudly, publicly, does not believe in that bullshit. The Atlas president keeps his counsel to himself.
