Summary
Rand always said she was destined for greatness. Reagan always believed him — but now, she's not so sure.
Reagan is a first-year graduate student in a physics PhD program, studying under an abusive advisor in a demanding department. Despite barely surviving her day-to-day and constantly being berated, Reagan is determined to continue, because this is her only path to excellence, to genius. Even in this toxic environment though, Reagan finds friendship and love, and learns that maybe there is more to life than her career.
TLDR: Probably gonna be a kinda fucked up story focusing on power dynamics with a couple fluffy moments.
