When he finally lifted his head to figure out where exactly the river had taken him he didn’t recognize anything immediately, not that he was very focused on that anymore when two massive wolves were standing at the edge of the water staring right at him.
They stared at each other for a few moments, Tommy’s eyes darting back and forth between the two trying to decide which he would have the best chance of getting by if it came to that. His ears were pinned back against his skull, currently staring down one of the wolves and going over any weak spots it might possess, but then the other wolf’s eyes narrowed slightly and it took a measured step forward. Towards Tommy. Instantly his hackles were raised, snarling viciously at the older wolf, daring it to try anything. He might be a pup, but there was a reason he had survived as long as he had on his own.
Or; Tommy was just enjoying a lovely swim on a warm summer day when two werewolves ruin the vibe.
