Summary
Five months have passed since The Sawmill Incident, as they’ve come to call it, and safe to say it finally did feel like an incident. An incident Sniper could brush aside and put behind him for good. But there is never something so simple for men like them. Not without a lot of pain to go along with it. Pain caused by lots and lots of trouble.
Trouble is like a tornado. What starts out small quickly morphs into a force of nature powerful enough to rip houses from their foundations. It sweeps everything else up into its thrall and doesn’t allow you a moment to breathe. But the worst part is that if you waste precious time trying to figure out if you’ll be swept up too, chances are your inaction decided the outcome already.

Summary
One has to learn to take the bad with the good. Even the prettiest, most fragile rose can wield the most vicious of thorns. The question then remains: is it worth the pain, the trouble, the pricked fingers and scratched skin to keep that flower alive? Can a balance be found, or must sacrifices be made for the good of all involved?

Summary
"Scout, do you remember what happened?"
The disappearance of his team, the destruction of their base, and add in the unusual jumpy and paranoid behavior of the typically brash Bostonian and you now have a recipe for something that Sniper knew was not covered in the contracts he had signed. (Crossposted from Fanfiction.com)Any and all art I find that others create of this, I will do my very best to link in the notes of the chapters they're based on. It's the least I can do for those who put so much effort into making fanart of an already fan-made project.
*edit 4/09/24, I replaced the accents with the normal spelling of the words. It's easier to read and will make it a smoother transition to the other installments of the series*Series

Summary
A distinct pop rings behind him. “What’s taking you so— oh my! What happened to the lights? I know I put some in here!”
Kinger turns just in time to see Caine’s eyes frantically searching to confirm his own competence, that he really didn’t just forget something so important as being able to see in the tent. A diligent AI, as always. Not perfect, but god knows Kinger isn’t either, so why would he expect that from his creation?
Well, not just his— they had a whole team, after all, and Queenie would not take kindly to not getting credit for her wonderful additions.
Their creation. All of their life’s work.
Kinger’s eyes crinkle fondly, no mouth to betray how he is smiling on the inside. “Hello, Caine.” He says. “I think this is some of your best work yet.”
(Or as the rest of the gang engages in a fast food masquerade, Kinger finds just enough sanity to talk to Caine properly. If only everything he said didn’t terrify Caine, or this might’ve all gone differently.)

Left reeling in the aftermath of not receiving a single vote in The Favorite Character Awards™, Caine experiences art block for the very first time.
Safe to say, nobody’s favorite ringmaster is extremely NORMAL and well-adjusted in the brain about this!

Summary
Sans didn't expect to find the door to the ruins open. He didn't expect to find a human corpse, piles of dust, and a lone living human baby inside. He sure has hell didn't expect ending up taking care of it. What does he know about babies, anyway?
But a promise is a promise and this one has to be kept.
No matter what.

Summary
[In progress] A machine is born into BLU from the skillful hands and mind of its resident Engineer, and learns just what it means to be a sentry. As it evolves its way to Level 3 it compiles everything it's learned from the team, but also starts to process more questions: Is it still a machine now, or has it built itself a more complex existence than Engineer has let on? What is life if not a string of functions and a sequence of runtimes, before an end command shows itself?
A very, VERY experimental piece of writing featuring lots of poetry, semi-prose, programming-inspired pseudocode, and just a little bit of that DOS-era retro computer aesthetic. Best viewed on desktop.
