Summary
NOVEMBER 6TH, 1986
In the three years since Will Byers went missing, the town of Hawkins has been under constant threat of the creatures from the Upside Down. But now, eight months after Vecna has ruptured a giant rift through the town of Hawkins, that threat is about to reemerge. Unaware of Vecna's true plans and trapped under a military quarantine, our heroes will not only be forced to face the greatest evil from the Upside Down, but also overcome impossible odds, in order to save their town, and each other, one last time.
Written in a SCREENPLAY format, this fic operates as a diverging conclusion for the final season of Stranger Things.

Summary
“It..it just flew out of my hand!!!” Stacy screeched, the punch she'd been sipping on having jumped out of her cup and spraying all down her dress.
Dustin, as well as Lucas and Max, couldn’t believe the sight, at the total improbability...and then Dustin started grinning. Like a slow reveal, he moved his head just to the right – and found El slyly wiping her hand under her nose. Lucas started smiling too, Max, beside him excitedly whispering 'did she do that??' in his ear as he nodded back. With Stacy running off in tears, El casually hid away any evidence and simply turned back to her friends – catching Dustin’s gaze again, and letting loose a small smile.
Dustin’s grin grew.
He really did have the coolest friend in the world.
Then, El did something not-so-like her shy nature. She abruptly stood up from the table and her pale hand grabbed his wrist, smiling back in assurance at his confusion.
“They’re mouthbreathers.” She declared “I’ll dance with you.”

Mike has to look away from Will. Those horrified tears that pour down his cheeks, the gape of his mouth, everything set against the dark truth that is about to be loosed.
Vecna’s eyes land squarely on Mike.

When Will is taken back into the Upside Down, Mike doesn't hesitate to follow. He knows the risks, but he still isn't prepared for the moment when Vecna sets his sights on a new victim.
When Will awakens to find Mike in the clutches of Vecna's curse, he does everything in his power to rescue him. Mike is left with some wounds that need tending to.

Summary
It’s been a year and a half since Hawkins split apart, a year since him and El broke up for good, and a month since he’s had a good night of sleep.
Currently, Mike’s weekly struggles mostly consist about keeping his grades above passing, not letting his feelings for Will get in the way or their newly repaired friendship, and not reacting too strongly to any of the bullshit he hears during Sunday Sermons –he’d rather not have another hour long lecture from his mother about respect, thank you very much.
But as Mike's feelings get harder and harder to keep at bay, Vecna makes his first move. When their plans go awry, Mike faces one of his biggest fears: losing Will for good.
