Summary
Mira jumped violently, eyes flying open as the sound tore her from her quiet doze. The remaining popcorn in her lap went flying, landing all over the three girls, the carpet, and Derpy, who was still asleep as if nothing was happening.
Her glasses jolted with the movement, now sitting partially lopsided on her face, and her hand flew to her heart like it was going to beat out of her chest.
“Zoey!” She yelled, giving the smaller girl the most fiery glare she could muster. Her hand still clutched at her chest where it heaved up and down, panting as she tried to even her breathing. “What the actual fuck!”
“I’m so sorry!” Zoey said, wiping tears from her eyes as she and Rumi howled with laughter on both sides of her. “I forgot all about that one until it was too late!”

I am eepy and can’t think of a summary other than hot smut, extreme emotional vulnerability, and really made me wish I had someone to wash my hair/had someone to wash their hair for them?

Summary
Two unfamiliar players stood across the net. The taller one was hard to miss. She was taller than the rest of the team, lean and muscular, with a high ponytail of pink hair that somehow looked more dangerous than cute. The girl beside her was shorter, but no less intense. Her hair was braided tightly down her back, and her jersey clung to the kind of arms that made Zoey do a double take.
She smiled and gave a casual wave, trying to be charming. A simple, friendly hello.
They didn’t wave back.
They didn’t do anything, actually, just looked at her. Then a coach called them over, and they turned away without a word.
Zoey blinked, her hand still mid wave. Rude.

Play fast, kick ass
aka a Polytrix volleyball fic with relationship development and inner conflict so good that it decks you right in the face with feelings and you can’t do anything but say thank you because the emotional catharsis felt when they talk is absolutely worth the price of pain for admission.

Summary
Jaina's been living a pretty sub-par life so far, all things considered.
So after another bad shift at the diner, she shouldn't really be surprised when a truck comes hurtling into the pedestrian crossing. Still, it's a bit of a culture shock when she wakes up on Azeroth, rather than in the hospital or the morgue.
Even worse, they think she's a Horde spy - one that's taken the Lord Admiral's face, and won't change her ridiculous story no matter what. And Sylvanas? Well, it's bad enough letting the Alliance have one Jaina Proudmoore; she's certainly not going to let them have two.

Summary
An exploration of various 'what if' s centered somewhere (maybe third war ish??), in Theramore.
“Ah. I see.” He scanned the contents, his mustache twitching occasionally as he reacted silently. “What does Kristoff think?”
Jaina looked at the floor, her boots leaving dark depressions on the thick rug. “I... Haven't asked him yet.”
“Because you know his answer.” He confirmed, folding the letter and handing it back. “So what are you really asking me?”
“Tell me everything you know about her.”
“Sylvanas Windrunner, or The Banshee Queen?”

I want to scream from the rooftops, this is so good! Sylvanas’ POV especially is a standout from most characterizations, her paranoia and the moment of recognizing that her first instincts are a reflex that no longer serves a purpose is such a good moment.
Jaina is so well written too, the final scenes where she’s pushing everything down to keep fighting is so jarring because of how empathetic she’s written in the rest of the story! And just her curious empathy, it’s so endearing that it’s so clear as to why she makes such a good diplomat.
It’s just, in the mood for a beautiful story about two hurt woman healing both together and separately while building up a city with a cast of background characters that are equally as interesting as our leads with the bits we get with them?? T H I S IS THE O N E

Summary
The baying of hounds.
Closer this time. Much too close.
Panic thrummed in her ears. She wasn’t sure what she feared more; the vicious teeth, the hunters, or the mob behind.
She ripped herself free, charged again headlong into the dark.
You only have to reach the line, they won't cross the line.
“You have nowhere left to run witch!” Calia- once a friend, a sister- “And when I catch you my hounds will glut upon on your heart!”A Drust/fae AU

Bookmarker's Notes
I cannot stress enough how enthralling this story is. I am frantically trying to learn bookbinding so if I get out of my anxious feedback loop and get permission I can make a hard copy to carry with me, because this and IWBJ should have physical copies. I genuinely am not eloquent enough for how captivating this story is.
I’m usually not the biggest fan of super long slowburn when I’m looking for my gay panic ship fix— I have changed my mind because of ‘Ainsel’ and her crow and fey cryptid wives. The pacing, the stakes, it’s all just *so* good. Also just, the tag ‘motherhood as a final boss’ warrants its own kudos
