Possibly, if they were cut loose from Plitover, then he might've considered fatherhood. He hasn't been entirely opposed to the idea, but the Undercity now isn’t ideal. It isn’t what it could be. When it was, when it wasn’t being pumped with toxins and killing Zaunites from the inside, when Piltover lifted their boots off their backs, then he could picture his own flesh and blood growing up there. But no.
Zaun is still as it’s always been, only with a new addition; a rosy cheeked, banshee wailing newborn that so happens to be his, her first breaths contaminated with the same poison as the rest of them.

It’s not the first time one of his kids has gotten sick. Powder is tiny, and the Undercity is a cesspool where illnesses spread easily among people already in poor health and worse conditions. But every time Powder's been sick, Vi's been right there to take care of her. And none of those illnesses have ever affected Vi herself.
So, when Vi gets sick, Vander’s not entirely sure what to do.
