Summary
"Yes, I..." Harry swallowed thickly, uncertain whether he should admit the next bit, "It's me, but I'm different. I'm, erm...in the vision, I mean, I'm a witch."
Dawning comprehension spread across Trelawney's face, "Yes, I have seen such visions of you myself - though the art of divination is most abstract. More often than not, our visions will reveal only the sparsest of details."
"Y-you mean, you've seen me as a..."
"I have seen such visions on many occasions." The seer's airy tone had begun to edge back into her words as she earnestly nodded her head.
A low swooping sensation took hold in Harry's navel, and he glanced up at his professor anxiously. The wizard caught the briefest flicker of murderous scarlet eyes as his gaze swept off the orb, but when he glanced back down there was nothing to see.
"But...what does that mean?" Harry asked weakly as he grappled with the unsettling revelation. Maybe it didn't mean anything. He'd been the subject of quite a few of Trelawney's sherry-fueled proclamations of doom, after all.
And yet...the thought lodged itself like a splinter in her mind.

Summary
In which a young, neglected Legolas Greenleaf escapes a trade neogtiation in mirkwood during the watchful peace, and goes further from home than he intended.
A thousand years later, a young necromancer decides that, actually, these are his dragons, and his shadows, and the dark is his realm, and he likes middle earth well enough as it is, so the dark lord can go back to hiding under a rock.
It certainly makes for a more... interesting journey to Mordor, at least.Series

Summary
Something was wrong again.
It wasn’t new. It was never new. Just… louder tonight. Closer. Like it had crept up behind her and was breathing down her neck.
Harry swallowed and looked down at herself.
The shirt hung wrong.
Everything hung wrong.
