Today was the day Izuku was to be married. He was King in title, in birthright. But a king required heirs. A King required a Queen. His parents had chosen the woman before Izuku had taken his first steps. They were betrothed from birth. A Prince and a Princess, a love story for the ages, for the masses. His kingdom told tales of their friendship, of their great relationship.
But Izuku was not in love with the woman he’d been betrothed to.
She wasn’t in love with him either.

“An escape room? Really?”
“Yup.”
Eraser sighed, moving the phone from one ear to the other. “Okay, right, an escape room. So, what’s the real reason?”
“No no, I'm being totally serious! It’s a very popular escape room, hence, the price. There are police officers, cells, and everything here. Feels very real. They even had me handcuffed only five or so minutes ago!” Izuku ranted, “So, the money?”
“Are you…are you in jail?”
OR
Izuku gets arrested while out vigilante-ing, and is in dire need of being bailed out.

Midoriya nodded, shoving more mayonnaise in his mouth. "Yup. Wanna help?"
Shouta thought about it. "You have a mini-fridge in here."
"...Yeah?" Problem Child blinked.
"Tell me there's a jar of pickles in there, and you've got yourself a partner for the weekend."
The kid just grinned at him and set his... snack down on his empty desk before opening his small fridge in the corner and pulling out a giant jar of spicy dill pickles, holding it out to Shouta. The jar had to have taken up at least half the space in that tiny thing.
He handed it to Shouta and offered his own big ass jar to him. "Vanilla pudding?"
aizawa investigates a student up and about the dorms at 4am and finds his problem child in the middle of a manic episode, rearranging his room and eating pudding out of a mayonnaise jar.
well, he's up anyway. might as well join in and help out.
