Summary
The Relic was out of her head, Johnny was back in his old body, and everything was right with the world. Or it should have been. V wouldn't shake the clawing in her chest telling her Johnny's missing. Unable to bear the pain, she'd taken to avoiding him. After one particularly gnarly gig, V runs into Johnny at the Afterlife and her threadbare peace of mind spirals quickly.
TL;DR: Johnny and V both have bodies. V has been avoiding Johnny. He gets pissed at her for it, they fuck.

He stripped off her shirt, watched the fabric fall. Ran her hands down her sides, exploring the body he'd haunted for weeks. But this was different. Intimate. Permission given, fire unleashed.
The sensation was overwhelming, skin on fire, nerves lit up like a goddamn concert stage. He moved to the bed, laying her down, fingers exploring every inch like a man memorizing lyrics to the last song he'd ever sing. He could feel her gasps echo through his skull, soft and breathy, turning him on like nothing else ever had.
"You feel this, don't you?" he whispered to the ceiling.
"Every second."

V does not have a high opinion of themselves. They never really have. Anxiety, self deprecation and self doubt ghost through their thoughts. Its so second nature, they don't even think twice about it.
Johnny has never dealt with such a thing. Nothing even close to the predicament he and V are in. He's gonna do what he can.___
A lot of this may not work in the fiction of the Cyberpunk story/universe, given how you can look however you want? But, having self esteem issues, sometimes you gotta find a way to write about it. and also have sex with keanu reeves cyber man.
If you have personal issues with weight gain, expressing feelings about weight, topic of self worth due to weight, detailed writing about heavier set bodies (stretch marks, rolls, etc) anything along that nature, please tread with warning. I am a fat AFAB agender person so this is...pretty close to home. Please keep this in mind and be gentle.

Johnny removes the data shard and turns to look at him, take in his visage properly. V's always been beautiful to him— pretty gold-green eyes, a tall proud nose accentuated by his septum piercing, deep scars over his cheek, full lips that Johnny gets distracted by when he talks. He aches in his chest, burns under his skin.
"You're staring," V points out. He raises an eyebrow at him, but his cheeks are starting to warm with color.
