    “I’m quite excited, you know?” Minho mumbled into the kiss, slowly beginning to back his husband into the door behind them. Jisung moved with ease, offering no resistance, just a little gasp when his back met the wood of the door, “Not that I’ve been thinking about it all week or anything.”

     

    “You haven't?" Jisung teased, playfully nipping at his bottom lip, “You should tell me all about the thoughts you totally weren’t having then.”

     

    “Weren’t you just crying?” Minho teased back with ease, lips traveling to kiss his cheeks sweetly, only to immediately snip and lick at his jaw. It wasn’t enough to leave a mark, Jisung mentally thanked him for, knowing damn well he didn’t need to show back up to his own reception with a hickey.

     

    “You’re the one getting handsy, yeobo..”

     

    Minho tensed, the hands that were gently cradling him, now roughly holding him in place.

     

    “Don’t call me that right now.” He grumbled, tongue dragging over the delicate skin of his jaw, “Holds so much more power than you’d think..”

    And then, the cold edge of a knife pressed against Jisung's skin while Minho, dizzy and blurry-eyed, listened to the threat that paralyzed him more than any punch.

    Minho just wanted a quiet night. An anniversary away from the noise, away from the cameras.
    He didn't expect to end up with bloody knuckles, his head hitting the ground, and the image of a knife grazing Jisung's skin etched forever in his memory.

    Minho took the blows.
    Jisung took the fear.
