Okay. This got way out of hand. I have written so much more than I ever expected when I first started this.
Why write one long fic when I can jump around in canon instead?
My canon Baldur’s Gate story, featuring my main (and only) Tav, Rhian— a wood elf druid who was a jeweler back in Baldur’s Gate and randomly abducted via nautiloid (she’s still pissed about it).
Works are sorted in chronological order, so they can be read as a timeline, however you don’t really need to read anything else to just jump into one. There’s definitely references to things and the series is intended as basically a broken up longfic.

Summary
After having a mind flayer tadpole placed in her skull, sorceress Viva Faintree must reluctantly use her powers to return to normal levels of being a hazard to others and achieve her ultimate goal: go home and be done with this. And if that pretty cleric gave her a kiss or two along the way, maybe that wouldn't be so bad.
This fic is an adaptation of Act I during my first playthrough including the various mistakes I made along the way and incorporating the backstory that I developed for my Tav as I went. Act I is complete and will post weekly.

Summary
Shadowheart has been kidnapped by sharrans and she watched it happen: in a last ditch attempt to save her partner, Hymn goes back to Bhaal as his chosen so that she can once again claim the slayer's form.
Five years later, Shadowheart is free and can lay eyes on Hymn again for the first time but... She's not sure they still have a future together. And she doesn't have it in her to hope anymore.

Summary
Sent out on a mission to retrieve a mysterious artifact from the Mother Superior, Shadowheart gets swept up by an illithid Nautiloid. She needs to get back to Baldur's Gate, but she also needs to get rid of the parasite inserted in her eye, otherwise she will turn into a Mind Flayer herself. But not every choice she makes are easy choices as she is a lone wanderer and cannot trust most people. For the sake of survival, she makes an unlikely ally with the drow Minthara Baenre.
