The first day of summer is an adventure in itself. The sun is shining brighter than yesterday, the grass seems greener but it really isn’t, it’s just that summer glow. And Silver Lake Summer Camp is open for yet again another year. Luckily for the counsellors, they have a new camper Kira. Kira is a girl from down under who just recently moved to America with her mum. She is a sweet brown eyed girl with brown tight curls. She is a girl afraid of the outdoors who ironically ended up at camp.Now Andie is a girl who has lived in America for all her life. She has always been to Silver Lake Summer Camp every year without fail, she knows the place better than anyone on earth. She is an adventurous girl who loves danger and has a blonde wolf-cut always tied up, she has blue eyes like the river in spring.
Kira didn’t come to Silver Lake looking for an adventure, and she certainly didn’t come looking for Andie. But from the first handshake, to the high stakes in a cramped cabin, she found an adventure in her own way. For the better or for worse.
Andie came back to Silver Lake as the queen of camp. She didn’t let anyone boss her around. But a new girl has her shivering in her boots. Whether she likes it or not.
