Mike is a troublemaker, despite being a prince. He likes pulling pranks and sneaking around, he doesn’t really know why he does it I guess it makes him feel important? I dunno.
Lord protector or i guess Ted, forbids him to venture to the gates after finding him being a bit too close to his liking. since he’d either get hurt or get in his way.
Mike is annoyed so he sat right by the gates and wrote in his journal, it wasn’t like he was outside them anyways so what was the point? He knew there was wolves so obviously he wouldn’t go out there. Suddenly a bird swept down, grasping the book with its talons before flying off beyond the fence…

A young little fox awakes in its den alone, Sniffing the air in confusion to try and find the scent of anyone. anything but its left with nothing, Absolutely nothing.
The foxes brow furrowed as it cautiously left its warm home, stepping into the cold snow.
There were no sounds except for the usual chirping of birds, maybe everyone went to hunt for food and just didn’t want to wake the poor fox up? Yeah that was probably it.The fox quickly scurried into the woods to search for where its littermates would try to learn to hunt with its mom, worried that it was going to miss breakfast! But once it arrived there was only silence..
Suddenly a loud bang rang through its ears, what was that? The fox had to investigate.
And so it did, walking deep into the forest towards where the mysterious sound was.
….a person stood in the distance wearing a strange outfit and holding a weird metal object the fox didn’t recognize, suddenly BANG.
