Summary
However a lap later, and very suddenly, a car flew by Yukio, before Riruka had even called on him to watch out for it. It was an incredible double-overtake as the new car slipped past Rukia and Yukio with ease and cut back along the inside of the approaching turn.
Yukio watched, his jaw dropped inside his helmet, as the car shot off again, disappearing around the next corner.
“Who the hell was that?!” Yukio screeched down the radio.
It looked like a Daffodil car but as far as Yukio was aware, Rangiku was in P2 and several seconds ahead of him.
“Hitsugaya,” was Riruka’s answer.
“Who?!”
“Daffodil reserve driver.”
Yukio swore. The unknown driver that started in P15 and had somehow gained twelve positions in a single race. Just who the Hell was that guy?
“No way he is the reserve driver,” Yukio uttered in disbelief.
“I told you he’s good,” Riruka sighed. “Watch your back, you haven’t lost Kuchiki.”

Summary
Nanao had never believed in ‘love at first sight’. It was an utterly ridiculous notion that someone could be so instantaneously attracted to another upon first meeting. It was stupid, it defied all logic and reason, it made no sense...
Then again, nothing about Rangiku Matsumoto had ever made sense.

Summary
But what started as a game turned into a joke, and eventually became almost routine, well into college.
They drank, they kissed, they laughed.
...
Toshiro hummed when they separated, but his forehead stayed on hers, catching his breath. They were in the dark end of the hallway, sitting on the carpet floor, their legs tangled together.
“I’ve missed this,” he murmured, words slightly slurred from what was surely the world’s strongest punch more than it was the beer they had now.
“Me too,” Rangiku admitted softly before reconnecting their lips.
Fuck, it was good to be back.

Summary
She did have a slight ulterior motive to her visit. See, she’d been dating the man for three months and he had never once invited her to his place. She only knew his address because she had booked him a taxi home one morning when it was lashing with rain.
Toshiro looked like his thoughts were trying to catch up with him before he eventually nodded. “Let me get changed quickly and I’ll grab my keys-”
“No, Silly,” Rangiku laughed. “We can hang out here.”
Now Toshiro really did look alarmed and Rangiku pretended not to notice that, although her heart was picking up pace and not in a good way.
Why didn’t he want her to come to his house? At first she thought it was weird, but the longer they spent on his front step the more she got suspicious. What was he hiding from her?

Summary
Ichigo pressed a small kiss to Toshiro’s shoulder. He had dreamed this once, dancing slowly with Toshiro in a sparkling fjord. The real thing was better, even if the situation was rather bleak.
“I’m sorry there’s no music,” Ichigo murmured, wishing he could have provided more for their first slow dance, “and the venue of choice isn’t particularly romantic.”
Toshiro leaned back to look up at Ichigo, his teal eyes soft.
“If you want a romantic place,” Toshiro drawled, “I might know one.”

Summary
“Say something,” Yoruichi hissed in Ichigo’s ear. “Don’t act like this is your first time.”
Ichigo swallowed promptly, realising the Champagne was still sitting in his mouth.
“Come here,” he said to the dancer, reaching an arm out and gesturing the man forward with a ‘come hither’ motion. Honestly, he had no idea what he was doing.
The dancer glanced up him then and Ichigo’s breath hitched as they made eye contact.
He had never seen teal eyes so bright. Hell, he’d never seen teal eyes at all.

Summary
Toshiro Shiba is a 23 year old up and coming snowboarder from Australia heading to his first ever Winter Olympics. Struggling with the pressure to win a gold medal, Toshiro is thrown when he meets Rukia Kuchiki, champion figure skater from Ireland, who uses her tongue before her words. (HitsuRukia, AU, Correlating fic to LethanWolf's)
...
“You!”
A strong feminine voice called loudly over the music which had lulled for a second. Toshiro and Rangiku, as well as several others, turned to look at its source: the beautiful Irish girl was standing near the entrance.
Her eyes were wide and determined, and she was staring right at him.
The petite girl was then marching towards him with such aggression in each step, looking entirely furious like she was about to attack him and the white haired snowboarder stared at her, unable to move or think of any reason why she could be mad at him. They had never even spoken?
He opened his mouth to speak as she reached him but before he could even get the first syllable out, she was crushing their lips together hard, her hands on his face and holding him in place. -

Summary
Rukia Kuchiki is a 26 year old veteran Irish figure skater heading to her second Winter Olympics. With another gold medal on the line, Rukia is the favourite to win. What she didn't expect was to collide with a rowdy bunch of Australian athletes and one, Toshiro Shiba, a snowboarder who literally takes her breath away. {HitsuRukia, AU, Correlating fic to Geishaaa's.}
----
‘You!’ Rukia shouted, a little louder than she’d intended as there was a lull in the music at that exact moment. Half the room turned to look at her, including the white haired man. His bright eyes going round with shock for a moment before blinking dumbly in her direction. She realised she was now marching towards him with purpose and it must have looked odd, like she was about to slap him. Around her she could feel the gazes of everyone who had heard her call out, including their two countries teams, but her eyes were focused only on him. As she approached him, he opened his mouth to speak, a slight parting of his lips that she put to much better use as her hands found either side of his face and pulled it down to meet hers, crushing their lips together.

Summary
Toshiro held his manga volume tightly in both hands, almost trembling with excitement as one of the bookstore staff members came to the front and stood behind the microphone.
“You all know why we’re here,” the man grinned as the teenagers in the front began whistling and roaring. “So without further ado-”
Toshiro held his breath.
“-allow me to introduce you to-”
This was it!
“-the incredibly talented-”
The moment he was about to meet the legendary Matsumoto!
“-author of our favourite manga series-”
The man who provided him a fantasy escape through all the years of bullying.
“-‘Zanpakuto: Legends of the Seireitei’-”
The man who gave him friends when he thought he had none.
“-the one and only-”
The man who gave him Gin Shinso - an Albino hero to look up to.
“-Miss-”
The man who-Miss?
“-Matsumoto!”
Toshiro’s heart stopped as everyone else’s seemed to explode, or at least their cheers did. The small crowd that had gathered were clapping and whistling loudly as the Rangiku Haineko stepped onto the low stage. Rangiku Haineko - in the flesh.

Summary
They were best friends, after all.
Yeah, best friends who had been kissing since they were sixteen, and fucking since the start of the year....
He must have felt her gaze on him, as Toshiro seemed to catch her eye across the room, and for a second that smile went wider. He held up his lowball glass of dark alcohol – Japanese whiskey, no doubt – to her in a silent, distanced toast. Bright teal winked at her and Rangiku felt her knees weaken.
Her lips twitched back at him, the shy smile that was reserved only for him.
It was hard being in love with her best friend.

Summary
It wasn't easy dating the richest twenty-two year old in America. Especially when they were yet to disclose their secondary genders, were growing hornier by the minute, and a hurricane level storm was brewing over New York City.
...
“What’s so funny?” Yukio raised an eyebrow at Toshiro as he sipped his own champagne.
“My life,” Toshiro answered, grinning. “How did I go from living on the streets in a cardboard box to sitting in the penthouse bathtub of New York’s grandest hotel with the most gorgeous man in existence feeding me strawberries and champagne? How did I get so lucky?”
Yukio chuckled, “I think I’m the lucky one, just look at you.” -

“What do you know of this?” he hissed to her quietly, as Unohana and the younger Yamada brother checked over his chart and the various machines around him recording his vitals.
“Relax, Captain,” Rangiku grinned, speaking softly. “It’s nothing, just a harmless crush. I think it’s mostly one-sided at the moment anyway.”
She took the tea cup from him, her smirk unrelenting as Toshiro frowned deeper at her. She nicked his chin with her knuckle as she went, in a cheeky gesture of ‘let it go’.
Let it go? No.
