“No parachute has been attached to the Iron Sp--” FRIDAY’s voice faded from Tony’s consciousness as he saw the kid getting closer and closer to the ground.
His stomach leapt into his throat as he realized he wouldn’t be able to get there in time; he wasn’t fast enough.
Once Peter reached the height of the Compound, Tony managed to force his tongue to form words. “Brace for impact, kid.”

Summary
After the kidnapping, Peter and Tony give serious thought to revealing everything to the Rogues, from Peter’s alter-ego and his relation to Tony.
It... doesn't quite go according to plan. Instead it involved an eating contest, footprints on the ceiling, literal GODS descending from the sky, and the most idiotic follow-up kidnapping attempt they’ve ever seen.
Alternatively: 3 times they try and tell the team Peter is Spider-man, and the 1 time they finally manage to do it.

Summary
The man looked too comfortable to be here against his will. He was slouched slightly in his chair with his arm loosely hung on the edge of the chair. He sat there as if he owned the place. Although, he is a billionaire and he could probably buy whatever place this was, but then again, getting captured and brought to your own building didn't sound like a very 'Tony Stark' like thing to happen. Peter also noticed the lack of restraints, chair and bruising which Peter had somehow acquired which was all very strong evidence to support that he was not kidnapped. So Peter was confused as to why there was clearly no rescue mission happening right now.

Spider-man is called into an interrogation room and somehow manages to befriend his interrogators who happen to be the Avengers. Fury is furious while Peter is just confused.Series

“Wow, Stark trusting a teenager to work on his suits?” Sam asks, eyes wide. “You must really be something else, kid.”
“He is,” Tony says, smiling proudly at Peter. “Pete here is gonna be the best of us all, someday-- mark my words.”
Tony glances around the table to see the four rogues all looking between the two of them with expressions that range from slightly curious (Barnes) to downright dopily fond (Steve), and clears his throat-- wishing he had a pair of sunglasses to throw on.
“I mean, jury’s out until you’re done with puberty--”
“Mister Stark--”
“--but I think with my tutelage you’ll turn out at least twelve percent more awesome than me, and at least thirty-five percent cooler than this bunch of cretins currently eating me out of house and home.”
Or: Following the pardoning of the rogues, Tony is determined to keep Spider-Man far from the big threats even as Peter grows closer to the team. But when the truth of Spider-Man's identity comes out after the kid is taken by a man with a personal vendetta against the vigilante, will the team be able to band together to rescue Peter before it’s too late?
