A man exits the building. Approximately 5’6”, thin, tired-looking. A suitable target. He needs someone he can overpower quickly and quietly. He’s injured from the fight on the helicarriers, and weak from hunger, and blood-loss.
A streetlight illuminates the target’s face as he passes under it. That one brief glimpse of a narrow face and glowing blond hair sets his heart rate climbing. Something presses at the edges of his mind, like the wingbeats of night moths against a pane of glass. He ignores it, like he ignores the phantom voice that comes when he’s too long out of cryo. He walks towards the target, knife in hand.
What if… What if Captain America died on the Valkyrie. What if he was reborn. What if the Winter Soldier met him after the fall of the helicarriers.

“You said no?” Steve guesses. He’s not ashamed to admit that his knees are more than a little weak with relief that Hydra’s plan failed.
“With a punch to the dick.”
Steve laughs and nuzzles Bucky’s temple, drawn in by his scent. “No wonder he couldn’t stand straight.”
“Not a good day for Rumlow. I broke his dick, you broke his face.”
Bucky's gone into a forced heat and needs Steve to knot him. Steve's been secretly in love with Bucky since they were kids. That's it. That's the fic.

Crowley had gotten used to scratching a particular itch in Hell, but he was cut off from it the moment he and Aziraphale cut ties with their employers; and now, happy and in love, the itch is suddenly back and worse than ever.
Guilt tastes sour and selfish, especially when he finally had everything he’d ever wanted sitting in a cottage in South Downs, and Crowley comes to terms with the fact that this probably was never just about sex after all.
In short: Crowley is used to getting fucked by a personification of his self-esteem issues and finds that he has a hard time asking for what he really wants.
And what he wants is to be in the lap of the Divine.
